Two spots look promising for consideration in the Junior Points Series if somebody wants to promote a time trial in 2007.
1) In between Antioch and Brentwood you'll find Empire Mines Road is closed to through traffic (though cars do dodge the barricades)--5 km one way, with rolling hills and flat section. Two laps would be 20km.
2) Starting at Knigtsen on Delta Road (and continuing on Holland Tract Road) is a flat road that dead ends at Holland Tract marina. I rode it on a Saturday and saw little traffic. It is about 10 km one way, but at 5 km a turnaround would avoid marina parking.
