Wanted: Track bike, 53cm or 54cm

Hello:

I'm hoping to get a nice complete track bike for around $500 to $800 or so. I'd prefer an aluminum frame, though carbon is OK. For Scratch and Points type of use. Semi-deep rims are a nice plus.
