The 2008 Race Scheduling meeting will take place on Nov 12th. The meeting will be held at the Scout House 299 Carlton Ave, San Bruno, CA See http://maps.google.com/maps?q=299+Carlton+San+Bruno+CA&iwloc=A&hl=en  for a map of the location. The meeting will start at 7pm. The room has seating for 50 people so late arrivals may find standing room only if we have a large turnout.
As always things at the meeting will go quicker and more smoothly if promoters submit their race date request in advance. Promoters who haven't already submitted their 2008 date request can send the info to Tom Simonson email@example.com  and myself firstname.lastname@example.org  so we can have your race in the calendar.
