For some reason this is not showing up on the NCNCA calendar but there is a race coming up on Saturday.

Can a person earn Cat 4 to 3 upgrade points at this race?

Most likely due to the fact that it is an ABR race i.e, no NCNCA officials, no USCF insurance, etc.
