Why don't Master 3/4/5 results count for Master 4/5 BAT?

when will the BAR data be updated?
Because a masters 3/4/5 race is different in nature ( and the riders participating in the event) than a masters 4/5 race is. The idea of the BAR is to compare riders from the same pool of riders. Having Cat 3 riders in the race changes some of the dynamics.
