wcat3 at Early Birds

Are you a recent upgraded wcat3 racer who raced the 2006 season alone as a wcat4 and now find yourself on a team and would like to get a better concept of team racing? Well gather your teammates and show up at the Early Birds at 11:45 and you will have an opportunity to learn team strategies/tactics at a simulated criterium with other wcat 3 teams.

A new Early Bird concept is to mentor "New to Team Racing" for wcat3 team racers. Yes this is a team development opportunity with mentors who will facilitate team strategies/tactics within a simulated criterium field. All wcat3 teams are welcome with a minimum of 3 racers per team. Concepts covered will be: attacking, bridging, blocking, lead out, sprinting, last 5 laps, looking for that opening, advancing, riding close, teamwork, and more.

Meet at the Early Birds at 11:45 (for one hour) after the wcat4 mentor/race and the serious fun will begin! What a great way to focus on the mental aspect of race fitness!

Female/male mentors are welcome to support this new concept. Please contact Laurie Fenech nachurelover@sbcglobal.net
