E-mailed Robert and here is his responce. " It will be on Willms and Crabtree Roads, east of Oakdale. Start about 2 miles south of Hwy 108/120, and turnaround about 1 mile north of Hwy 132, both on top of hills. Sorry for the changes."
The nearest town to the start is Knights Ferry. A quaint Historical town. They have a General Store, Covered Bridge and Restaurant. Lots of History.
Course is flat/rolling. Southward (start) has tailwind and Northward (return) has headwind. Very little, if any, traffic. Roads are decent. Will have to cross some old R/R Tracks, no big deal. Should be a challenging, yet fun TT.
Most likely corn silage. There's 2 or 3 dairy's along race course. Don't want to share the road with silage trucks. Drivers are pushed to drive fast and long hours. They'll have bits of corn plants stroon all over the road. Being in my back yard, I was looking forward to the RR. Curious were, exaclty the TT will be. Flat side or hilly side of course?
There was a conflict with the harvesting season for one of the crops ( lots of trucks on the road on the same date as the race ) so this has been changed to a ten mile out, ten mile back time trial a bit further east. Someone asked Bob about this today and Suisun and that was his reply.

Per Robert Leibold, "mostly flat, a la Snelling." He said he's working on the permit and will have more info up soon.
