Trial Begins November 13 for Driver Who Hit MaryAnn Levenson

The criminal trial of the driver who hit Metromint Cycling rider MaryAnn Levenson last Christmas will begin on Tuesday November 13 at the San Mateo County Courthouse in Redwood City (400 County Center) with pre-trial motions and any last minute plea bargaining. Jury selection will begin Wednesday and the trial itself is scheduled to begin on Thursday. This schedule is tentative and will be updated Tuesday afternoon. The team is appreciative of anyone who can attend to support MaryAnn. She is a very strong woman with an unbreakable spirit and has waited nearly a year for this trial.
