really is a cat 5 a cat 5 for long? it wouldnt be long till they are in the prize winning cat 4 area. besides dont we at cat 4 and 5 race mainly for the rush and passion? the primes are nice enough. lol.

too funny! you're the second non-CAT 5 racer to ask that question. as most folks know, USCF no longer allows prizes of monetary value for the CAT 5s. all racers on the podium (men and women, regardless of category) will get t-shirts and kisses. the non-CAT 5s will get these in addition to their other prizes.

It looks to me like the prize list is quite unfair. The race announcement says the Elite 5's get T-shirts and kisses but all the other categories just get cash. Why should the 5's be the only ones getting kisses?!
