Trek 8500 (2006) For Sale - In excellent condition

I bought this bike two years ago and hardly rode it.It's a Trek 8500 Hardtail 19.5", which is Trek's nicest non-carbon hardtail. Full specs are here:

It's been ridden less than a dozen times and is essentially new although it could probably use a tune-up. I'm basically a road cyclist who thought he could recapture his days of trail running, but didn't take to single track particularly well. I'm asking $1425 for it, although I'm willing to negotiate somewhat.

This bike is still available (despite my best efforts). It is a super sweet bike and hardly used. I'm willing to consider any reasonable offers.
