Timing chip installation?

I have my timing chip but I haven't installed it on my bike yet. As I recall there was fairly specific placement on the front fork; does someone have this information? First race as a Cat 4 this weekend, and I need to put it on the bike.

Relax. Chip timing is limbo right now, as is posting of NCNCA meeting minutes and NCNCA financial statements. Also in flux is lack of recent upgrades or rider demographics and recent race results not posted on the $6000+ website.
The website now has minutes and financial statements posted, as well as 2010 demographics. Still no apology though.
That's sad. All that money spent on timing not being used. Also a new and improved website that hasn't been kept up to date. How sad.
