What, no 35+?
Actually, that's good that they're mixing thing up a bit.
One comment though, I think it's kind of odd that a cat 5 under 45 can only do the elite 5 race (22 miles), while a Cat 5 over 45 can do either the Elite 5 or the 45+ race (66 miles).
