"The next race in the Sierra Cup Series is the Pine Nut Cracker on
May 19. Online Registration is available until Thursday evening at
www.bikereg.com/16133. The next Super-D event in the Series will
be held with the Peavine Challenge the weekend of June 2-3. The
Super-D course is 5 miles of mostly singletrack, dropping 1700' with
only 97' of climbing. It will require riding to the start, as it is not easily
accessed by vehicle. Online registration for the Peavine Challenge is
at www.bikereg.com/16203. The series will wrap up at the Tahoe
Fat Tire Festival on September 20-23 with the Sierra Cup regional
championship finals in both XC and Super-D, plus DH and Short Track
racing, rides, the IMBA Trail Care Crew, a beer garden, movies, and
live music! Stay up to date as the festival comes together
at www.tahoefattirefestival.org.

this year specialized bikes, will be promoting
their 29rs and there will be available demo bikes for
a taste of sweetness! and many other mtb related businesses
will attend our new rockhopper classic expo.

myke berna (velo city) and friends will judge your form at the "style and eaze" jump
on the super D course (steaze!) and the "one smoken lap" award will go
to the fastest pro/expert lap (male/female) during the cross country race.

expect some home country-vacaville, atmosphere and engaging-commentating
from kevin joell, during race!

remember to stay after the xc race and enjoy our local
mexican lunch, podium event and huge popular raffle!
