* 10:00-12:00 Power training steps, from your initial testing to
detailed wattage workouts.
* 12:00-1:15- Lunch
* 1:15-2:30- Analysis of Power files and case studies. What does all
the data mean?
* 2:30-4:00- Bring your files to be analyzed.

(Day 2 - Advanced Power Training)

* 9:00-10:00 Introduction. Training Periodization.
* 10:00-12:00 Performance Chart Manager
* 12:00-1:15- Lunch
* 1:15-2:30- Analysis of Power files and case studies with Performance
Chart Manager.
* 2:30-4:00- Bring your files to be analyzed.
