IN the past USAC has offered a partial year license for people who bought their USCF license from Sept 1st through the end of Oct. Unfortunately USCF has decided to do away with the partial year license this year. This change will affect riders who primarily ride Cross.

Riders can start buying a license that will be good for the rest of 2007 and all of 2008 on Dec 1st.
