New Race in Benicia, September 9th

Man, it's tough getting city permits for a new town race. But finally, we have!! (High praise to promoter Peter "Old As Dirt" Van Slyke of the Eagles and Benicia Bike Club).

Besides attending, respecting the locals, and making the race a success, please try to patronize local businesses and let them know you're racers and supporters!
The course is somewhat like Albany Crit - a four-sided rectangle, each leg having different features.
The women and masters will be happy to see that the (somewhat unpopular) experiments we made with categories at Cherry Pie have been eliminated, and multiple categories are available for most everybody!

Might move the S/F about .5 block closer to East 2nd to make for a longer sprint. Right behind the backstop of the Fitzgerald ballfield.

For some reason Jess's link is not functioning. I believe that the Elite 5 race is seperate from the 4's.
link doesnt work. the pre reg link on the ncnca web site doesnt go directly to the reg either. plus is it still a cat 4/5 field?
