The Rio Vista TTT was pulled off the calendar at the same time as the Woodbridge ITT, since the latter is run under a different race permit than USAC's. PACERS had planned to make the former a championship event under USAC permit. The WOODBRIDGE ITT has had its permit approved and is running on March 23, 2013 as planned at the same venue as last year.
