NCNCA 2012 BOD Updates

The election results were posted on the Yahoo list, but not here. Everyone who was nominated received at least one vote, so all were accepted as BOD members. I've been told that the ballot had a link to view the results, and I post to the best of my knowledge. Thirty delegates voted: the following nominees received:

Minutes for both November meeings are now posted. There will be an additional fee if your club renews late, as per the minutes. At January's meeting the BOD will be discussing the 2012 budget. If you have something to include on the agenda, please contact the president, Warren Geissert. If you have something to be considered for the annual budget, please contact the treasurer, Kristen Hill. The agenda is supposed to be set a week before the Jan 23rd meeting, so plan accordingly.
The late fee for renewing clubs is $100, so send in your renewal apllication before February. The treasurer does not receive compensation for her work; however, our bookkeeper does, the Upgrade Coordinator does, the Permit Coordinator does, the webmaster does and the Equipment Manager does. (The Officials Coordinator has refused any compensation). The amount of their compensation may be subject to review yearly by the BOD, and should be spelled out in this year's budget.
The BOD discussed on 01/23/12 adding a new line item for Scheduling Coordinator. When the minutes for that meeting are approved, they will be posted.
