Clubs + Teams plan to join us at the Early Bird Criterium Training Series on Sunday, January 24th for Meet the Teams Day. Bring a tent and spend the day -- this is a great way to showcase your club, socialize with other racers, and meet potential recruits! With the record number of EB participants this week, there are lots of men, women, and juniors who will be interested in knowing who YOU are and why your club is unique.

Let's see who will have the yummiest chili, hottest coffee, and sweetest cookies among all the clubs! Grills are okay -- just keep it in control -- flaming lycra is no fun. Bring photos, banners, flyers, and anything else that will help promote your club. We encourage you to arrive by 8:00am to avoid traffic with racers and folks participating in the 8:30 mentoring session. Drive it in + drop it off then park outside the course.

Racers, if you're interested in learning more about becoming part of a club and the specific clubs here in the NCNCA district, this is your opportunity!

Meet the Teams Day -- January 24th

Clubs, here's some more info for meet the teams day:

Each NCNCA member club is allocated 1 10 x 10 space -- location is first come, first served. If you're not an NCNCA member club, join now (see the link at the bottom of this post).

Please pack out your own trash.

Once you've unloaded your gear, please move your car to the parking area. No cars will be allowed in the tent area.

No items (food, clothing, merchandise, etc) may be sold at the event. Velo Promo does not have a permit for this.

Also, as a general reminder for all the early birds, please don't place a tent in any of the parking spaces. Parking is at a premium. If you bring a tent, you'll need to place it somewhere besides parking spaces (ie in the grass next to parking). Thanks for your cooperation with this.
