Masters Cycle League No Cal

Masters 35+, please take a look at our tenative NoCal MCL calendar at
http://www.masterscycleleague.com We're inviting you to be a part of this fun team competition series in 2010. We encourage the team concept for those 35+ who may not want to spend the time needed to join a big team and train for stage racing. These one-day once per month MCL races are really exciting for the teams who earn points towards the overall MCL title each year. SoCal has been having a great time with the MCL! We wanted to host the first the first NoCal MCL in conjunction with the Apple Pie Criterium but we need your help in encouraging the race committee to host it in conjunction with their existing 35+ cat 1-3 race. We also hope that they secure a new location soon. Teams, sign up now at our website for a cool season of developing the team concept and having some great fun. SoCal's been doing it for five years and we are offering this to NoCal now. Feel free to provide your input/suggestions for host races, teams, rules, etc.

OK all 35+ cat 1-3, we sorted it out and the first Masters Cycle League event will be in conjunction with the Cherry Pie Criterium in Napa Feb 7th. Teams, sign up soon so you can get your team points credited at this first MCL race and a big thank you to Eagle Racing Team for hosting! We'll broadcast recorded sounds of the race on BikeSport Radio (bikesportradio.us) and there'll soon be an e-newsletter blast going out.
