Are you currently a racing Category 1-3 and/or a cycling coach?
Are you currently involved with your team, teaching new members skill and tactical training?
Are you interested in helping new racers coming into the sport, helping to keep them in the sport?
Mentoring with the NCNCA might just be for you.
The NCNCA Men’s Category 5 Mentoring Group is looking for a few qualified individuals to help with mentoring beginning racers during the 2010 racing season. The Category 5 Men’s races are the real thing. You work within the race, making no impact on the outcome, and help racers who need help with their racing skills and then have a Q&A after the race to further impact your knowledge on the beginning racers.
You will, at a minimum, participate in two races during the 2010 season and report to the NCNCA Men’s Coordinator a written report of such race. You will be compensated by the NCNCA for your contribution to this program.
You will be supplied a NCNCA MENTOR presented by VOLER jersey for wearing during the race.
If you are interested in this program please contact me:
