3. How do you sign up for the Beat the Clock Canada TT on July 1st?

a. You show up 1 minute before the last rider starts and beg the
registrars on your knees to let you enter (hint: low-fat hazelnut ice-cream might help)
b. You ride up Los Trancos via Joaquin on your TT bike to hand-deliver
your registration form to Patt (the organizer)

4. What kind of license do you need to participate?

a. A driver's license
b. None (not even a USCF license)

Sorry, you failed the Beat the Clock Test, although your physical and
mental health is better than Category A. You are hereby required to
* buy some raffle tickets ($5 a piece) for the chance to win a Leader
frame+fork,
or
* have a serious conversation with your coach about your training
program before you are allowed to retake the test.

25 points - Category C(hampions):
Congratulations - you are hereby awarded the license to Beat the Clock.
Every finisher is a champion against the clock, furthermore we will
have various distinguished cycling champions in attendance.
