team mates to learn to work together for that top six placing.

young junior advance skills clinic

January 13th our mentors will cover "attacking
and counter attacking". You will learn about fitness,
how to attack, when to attack and why to attack.
Our mentors' secrets will not be withheld. This is a perfect
session for a racer who has always wanted a "break away"
experience, or for a racer who wants to do a little spank'en
on the field, safely!

This session is perfect for the junior racer who is ready
to participate in "the race," or to get a better sense of the race.

If you are a female junior cat 4 racer coming from the Early Bird
training race, make sure to bring dry cycling clothes to wear for
the advance skills clinic.

Weather forecast does not look favorable, but I am crossing
my fingers. The clinic will continue if threat of showers/
wet ground, cancel with rain.
