intrested in going to colfax?

I am signed up for two cat4 races up in colfax (n. or auburn) this Sunday. I am entertaining idea of a hotel room sat night or driving up day of (more likely the later). I would be leaving from and returning to San Mateo. Is there anyone interested in carpooling up and back?
changed, to not going. I got a mass email from the chief ref stating that due to course conditions and safety they are reducing all fields to 50riders (ok no big deal), that due to conditions of pavement on course they may shorten route (bigger deal), and that they do not recommend using light weight wheels. That final warning combined with the other two makes it sound awful and not worth the 6hours of driving. Promoter was really understanding about helping me out. I look forward to reports about this race.
