How is Andy?

It was a heartsick finish to a full and fun day of racing to see Andy Jacques-Mayne in such pain after crashing at the finish of the M Day Crit.
He's one of those guys that everyone's proud of, even if you don't know him personally, and as such I feel his pain particularly strongly.
My thoughts were with him all night, and I wonder if someone in the know could please give us news on his condition. A "He's okay" would do very nicely.

I noticed that you could see Andy's accident in the backround of the finish sprint in the Memorial Day crit.

Thanks for the link to the blog site. It's really marvelous how well-regarded Andy is in the region.
When the crash occurred, Jackson Stewart abandoned his top-5 sprint and turned completely around to check on the rider behind him. I thought to myself: "Now what/who could possibly make JS sit up 50m before the line?"
I know that hindsight is 20/20, and the ST guys did a MARVELOUS job this weekend, but that lamppost and hydrant are in such a bad place on the final turn. Perhaps next year they'll merit a haybale or cushion?
