To either coach Matt or coach Smartt, tips tricks ideas for weight loss, lost plenty of weight this season and my climbing was awesome of course to my standards. Then I became ill kept training developed bronchitis fell into depression and ate like a porcine gained weight not all of it, about 17 lbs and of course it reflects in my climbing. Next question my training time is sacred how much more efficient can I be by using power meter, I do my winter training @ 5:00 A:M questions comments or concerns are greatly appreciated thank you much.
