I'm working on an article, potentially a series, about how (if at all) juniors road racing programs have evolved over the years. If you started racing as a junior - especially in the 80's or 90's - I'd love to hear how and when you got started, what your team was like, etc. I'm really interested in talking to people who weren't very good as juniors but are still racing.
