Carpooling thread

I see a lot of requests on different forums and craigslist for carpool partners so I wanted to test the suitability of this forum for finding a wider pool of carpoolers for different events. Also, other suggestions are welcome.
That's a good idea, possibly we should do that instead.
Could you create a specific forum for carpools?
