This is a BRAND NEW frame. It comes with a free fork/headset. The fork and headset are used, but the frame is new. It is from 2008 when Cannondale was still Cannondale and the bike was still made in the USA (Cannondale is now part of some other company and the new bikes are NOT made here). Last System 6 that was MADE IN AMERICA. This frame retails for about $2,500.
