CA UCI races

How much are they changing the Golden Gate and Watsonville courses to accomodate the UCI rules? The Watsonville course traditionally has two uphill sections that are not wide enough to permit someone to pass without the consent of the slower rider, and a critical section (where slower riders clogged up the 1 meter of ridable surface) of the Golden Gate course from memory was single track for a good 300 meters.

Jungle Cross is fine and dandy but it does little to prepare our local riders for elite competition based on past results.
