BAWC Series Standings and raffle reminder

Hello, all --
Results have been tallied to include the Wente Road Race -- congratulations to our current Series leaders:
Cat 3 individual: Annie Fulton
Cat 4 individual: Emily Matheu
Cat 3 team: (tie) Metromint Cycling & Dolce Vita
Cat 4 team: Roaring Mouse Cycles
The first race in the 2009 35+ Masters Series is the Berkeley Hills Road Race on Sunday, May 10. Hope to see you there!
The next race in the Category 3 and Category 4 competitions is the Kern County Women's Stage Race, running May 15-17. Don't forget that if you register online for Kern in any of our Series categories (cat 3, cat 4 or 35+), you will automatically be entered in a raffle for a free entry into the Memorial Day Criterium, another Series race.

Hello --
San Jose Bicycle Club has very generously donated two more free entries to the Memorial Day Criterium for our BAWC raffle. That means that three Series participants will receive free entry into our midpoint Series race!
To enter, simply pre-register online (http://new.sportsbaseonline.com/events/index.xhtml?categoryId=4540) for any of our Series categories -- Women Elite 3, Women Elite 4 or Women Masters 35+ -- and you will automatically be eligible for the drawing. Online registration ends midnight, May 13th and we will randomly select three winners from the pool of registered riders on Thursday, May 14th. Please pass this opportunity on to all the women on your team!
We will need to get some basic information from the raffle winners shortly after the results are pulled, so please keep an eye out for messages to the forum and our Facebook group.
Also, results are now updated on the website. As always, please let me know if you see any problems. Thanks for your participation -- we look forward to seeing you at all of our Series races this season!
