BAR/BAT points for 2006

Are this years BAR/BAT points going to be completed? It is let down when you get into something and then there is no closure. Please complete what was started. Someone please respond.
What is posted so far is about 1/3 of the season. I hope it is not final standings. That's not fair if so.
