Bad Air Quality for 4th of July weekend

Hey Davis & Leesville promoters! (DBC, VP):
So after the Golden Nugget SR was canceled due to air quality... How are we supposed to feel about racing in Davis and Leesville?
All the forecasts I've read are calling for particulate levels to be "unhealthy" through the weekend. I already made plans to come up and race since I hadn't received any warning from the promoters... but I was under the assumption that your silence on the matter meant, to your best judgment, the air is safe to ride in.
Is this the case? Perhaps I should not have ass.u.me.d. as much.
Those Napa fires weren't caused by the hot wind of the announcer? :lol:
FYI -
The general impression that many of the fires were caused by a lightning storm is accurate, but the 6/21 Napa-Solano fire was caused by the combustion generated by the HOT racing on the streets of Napa.

The weater forecast is calling south west wind 5-10 mph and 86 for the high. If the winds are coming out of the South particulate should be low and not in the unhealthy range.
Davis was okay today.
