We just realized the NCNCA website doesn't send one to the proper link. We are working to rectify this ASAP.

A fair question, Bill. We are checking into it...An oversight on our side, I suspect. I didn't mean to intimate that the NCNCA was at fault in any way. I hope it wasn't taken that way by anyone.
