2012 Race Scheduling

Promoters,
In the next 24-48 hours I will send out spreadsheets to all of the promoters on my list from 2011 and also post a note here at the same time. If you do not receive a spreadsheet by Thursday evening then ping me by email and I will forward one to you.

It is in Davis on the same date. Stanford is having a football game on the 19th and parking would be a problem.

For calendaring prior to the Scheduling Meeting, the deadline is one week prior or November 12th. Be advised if you wait until the last minute to submit, you will possibly have date conflicts with other promoters. It is always best to submit ASAP.
when and where is the scheduling meeting being held this year?
