The dates are set for the annual Hellyer Women's Clinic Sessions - April 14, 21, and 28 Hellyer Velodrome - San Jose, CA.

Session 1 –April 14 – 12:30p-4:30p Track Racing Best Practices & Gearing
Session 2–April 21 – 12:30p-4:30p Individual and Team Time Trials
Session 3 –April 28 – 12:30p-4:30p Sprinting fundamentals, strategy & tactics
• Taught by Women - for Women
• 3 Targeted sessions –Attend one or all!
• Fixed gear velodrome racing skills
• Mock races, training best practices, and strategies
• Space is limited to 15 attendees per session so register early!
Clinic will be led by Masters Track National champion Annabell Holland and Masters World Champion Lorraine Jarvis.

Put mercury thermometers in the same recycling bin as light bulbs and batteries. Smart recyclers will have a special container just for the recycling of toxic materials such as batteries and light bulbs. Thanks a lot.
