2009 race scheduling

We are now starting the process of planing out the 2009 race
schedule. The first step is for promoters to submit their date
requests. Go to http://www.sonic.net/~caseyk/09request.pdf and get
the date request form and send it in per the instructions at the
bottom of the page. It is important that we have an email address
for a representative for each race so we can send this representative
updated Info during the scheduling process.
If you know someone who is planning on doing a race next year who
isn't on this email list please pass this information onto them.
For the people who live far away from the scheduling meeting location I plan on broadcasting at least audio from the meeting tonight. As usual the broadcast will be at http://www.stickam.com/ncnca_kc Will try to have the broadcast up and running by 7:20 at the latest. As always the broadcast my not happen if I run into technical difficulties ( but so far, knock on wood, I haven't had any problems serious enough to wipe out a broadcast)
The 2009 race scheduling meeting will be held at the same location as last year's meeting. The Scout House at 299 Carlton Ave in San Bruno. The meeting will be on the first Monday of Nov, Nov 3rd starting a little after 7pm A reminder that it greatly helps the evening go smoothly if everyone planing to hold a race next year sends in their date request as noted in the above post.
