NorCal CX training ride listings

Seeking CX training rides!

One of the frequent requests we get from local riders is how to find CX training rides in NorCal.  We all know how tough it can be to find good group rides, let alone CX training.  So--if you have a training group or would like to find one, drop a line and we'll publish a listing.

Contact riders directly using email addresses listed in the messages.  To add a message to the list, send email to me.

South Bay/Santa Cruz

....carrying on Ben Jacques-Maynes tradition for the weekly CX rides:

"I'm putting on a CX Training Day (just like the movie) for all motivated parties. Technical handling, Barriers, running, Starts, sprints and skills will be covered. Update: With the time change, we will be meeting directly at De La Veaga park Santa Cruz at 3 pm every Wednesday. All abilities welcome, but be prepared to work hard. I know many people will still be in work/school/bed at the time, so just show up as soon as you can. "

So, starting on 9/17/03 a group of us will be meeting on Wednesdays at De La Veaga park at 6PM (and meeting earlier as the days become shorter). We have a couple of trainning circuits and some workouts based on the BJM training methods. All abilities welcome.

I work in Petaluma and I'm generally up for lunchtime CX training rides, maybe at Putnam Park in Petaluma.  Drop a line if you're interested.
