Registration opens at 8:30 am. 
Free Clinic begins: 9:15 - 10:00. 
30 minute C and Junior race 10:15-10:45. 
45 minute B and Women¹s race 11:00-11:45. 
1 hour A and Masters 35+ race 12:00-1:00.

Directions:  Granite Beach: Take Hwy 80 to Douglas Blvd in Roseville. Head east. Cross Sierra College and Auburn Folsom. (Alt route: Hwy 50 to Folsom Blvd north. Turns into Auburn-Folsom Blvd. at Greenback)  Douglas heads right into the park. State Parks has a parking fee. Follow the signs to Granite Beach parking lot near the snack bar.

Grass Valley: Take Hwy 49 north from Auburn. In Grass Valley, get off at
Hwy 20/Empire St, and go left. Take the very first exit, and bend around to
the right. Turn left on the first street, Mill St. Make the 3rd left on
Chapel St. Make the 2nd left on Brighton St. Make an immediate right on
Butler St. The park is on the right. (It sounds confusing, but the park is
very close to downtown! Stop by after the race for food and shopping.)

Pena Adobe:  Easy! From either east or west, take the Pena Adobe exit off
of I-80 on the west side of Vacaville. Head south into Lagoon Valley Park.

Negro Bar: From Hwy 50, take the Folsom Blvd. exit and go left(north).
After crossing the American River, turn left at Greenback Rd. Say left and
take the turn lane into Negro Bar. Be careful crossing the bike trail, then
turn right to the parking lot. State Parks has a parking fee. Cheapskates
can go straight across Greenback, and park at the shopping center on the
left, then ride the bike trail to Negro Bar.

Equipment: Mountain or cross bikes OK. Approved helmets required. No forward facing bar ends.
Courses: Pavement, fire roads, singletrack, barricades, and sand. 
Bathrooms and water at the course.
Entry & License:  $20, includes insurance surcharge. Enter on race day. 
Held under NCNCA insurance. NCNCA license required. One day and half year licences available at race.  Juniors need a signed release from parent or guardian (see NCNCA News or get release on race day).
Prizes & Awards: Each race will have merchandise prizes from each sponsor, plus Voler certificates and Clif products at all races.

The Sacramento series will have overall cash prizes for all categories. 

We will pick NCNCA season BAR points for Senior Men (in A¹s), Sr Women (in B¹s), Masters 35+ (in A¹s), and Juniors (in C¹s). 

There is also a Sacramento CX B.A.R.ricade (Best All Round) Award, inscribed with the names of the top male and female points winners of the Sacramento series. The trophy is currently in Nevada City from the 2001 series.
