Hosted by Sacramento Cyclocross--Alto Velo and Monticello Cycling Teams

Date Saturday November 16, 2002

Location: Vacaville, Lagoon Valley Park at Pena Adobe

Format: Registration opens at 8:15.
9:15, 30 Minutes, Category C Men* (Not a championship event) & Juniors
10:00, 45 Minutes, Category B Men* (Not a championship event)
11:00, 45 Minutes, Master Men 35-44
12:00, 45 Minutes, Master Men 45-54 and 55+
1:00, 45 Minutes, Category A Women, Women 35-44, Women 45+
2:00, 60 Minutes, Category A Men, Espoirs, Single Speed.

Directions: Easy! From either east or west, take the Pena
Adobe exit off of I-80 on the west side of Vacaville. Head south into Lagoon
Valley Park.

Equipment: Mountain or cross bikes OK. Approved helmets required. No forward facing bar ends.

Course: Pavement, fire roads, singletrack, barricades, and sand.
Bathrooms and water at the course.

Entry & License: $20, includes insurance surcharge. Enter on race day.
All Juniors race for insurance charge - $2.
Held under NCNCA insurance. NCNCA license required.
One day and half year licences available at race.
Note - Per the NCNCA rules, riders with a one day license cannot win the championship or medals but they can ride in the race.
Juniors need a signed release from parent or guardian (see NCNCA News, or click here, or get release on race day).

Prizes & Awards: District Champ Jerseys (Free) to the Cat A Women and Men. (Other category winners may purchase them).
NCNCA medals to the top 3 ineach cat.
Merchandise from Clif, Defeet, Terry, Voler, etc.
Placings count in Sacramento & NCNCA Series.
