The 2001 NVV Cyclocross Clinic

Do you want to try the greatest winter sport around? We will introduce you to cyclocross
    and cover basic techniques and training at this clinic.  No experience is necessary.

Bring:  Bike (any bike, MTB or 'cross preferred - remove water bottle cages!), bike clothes,
    running shoes or MTB shoes, water & food, sunscreen etc.

Fee: No charge.

Program: 45-60 minutes of skills instruction and Q&A, followed by some light training and drills.
    Instruction will be geared towards novices, but all riders are welcome.

Instructors: Dave Carr - Senior "A" racer, district CX medalist; other assorted CX studs as available

Directions:  From Sacramento, take I-80 West to Hwy 12 West to 29 North to Napa.
From San Francisco, take I-80 East to Hwy 37 West to 29 North to Napa.
Once in Napa, take Hwy 29 north, left at Trower Rd. stoplight to end at Dry Creek;
Right on Dry Creek and immediate left into parking lot.

Note: Alston has two parking lots, and we are at the south lot as indicated by "Clinic" in the map, not the north lot
which is used for the Vineyard CX race.
