What is it: Held two weeks before the nationals in San Francisco, this race decides the top racers in the area.  Champions will be crowned in men's A, U23, Juniors, Vet 30-39, 40-49 and 50+; Women Jr, Sr, and Master.

Course: All new course at the Fort Ord Annex. Course consists of pavement, forced dismounts and runups, and a few brush and sand sections.  Rated high as one of the top tracks of the Central Coast Series.

Directions to course:  From 101 south of Gilroy, take 156 West to Highway 1 and south towards Marina and Monterey.  From Hwy 1, take the Reservation Road exit in Marina. Follow Reservation Road  East. Turn right at the 2nd light, which is still Reservation Rd.  Go through town and follow Reservation Rd. about five miles.  Look for the bike race signs at the East Garrison entrance to Fort Ord.  Course location is in approximately the same area as District Road Race.  CCCX provided this map.

Entry fees: $15 all cats, race day only.

Sanctioning and Licenses:  This is an NCNCA championship. No license required.  NCNCA medals may be distributed. Winners eligible to buy distict champion's clothing from Voler.   Held under NCNCA insurance and USCF rules.

Central Coast series points:  This race is part of CCCX points series.
